The Partner Training & Development team is a group of progressive thinkers with a mission for ensuring our driver partners and riders are empowered and equipped to provide 5star service to our customers. The team interfaces with both 2Ws and 4Ws Drivers, also with different department stakeholders inside Grab that have different training needs.
Get to Know the Role
As a Learning Designer, you are responsible to analyze, design and evaluate the learning methodologies which can lead to performance improvement of the training attendees. Throughout your responsibilities, you will prepare the drivers to be engaged through learning activities to succeed in the Grab platform, provide 5star service to the customers and contribute to drive Southeast Asia move forward.
The Day-to-day Activities
You will develop training curricula/programs and lead course production about different operating procedures, service standards, and best practices in the Grab platform.
You will scope training needs and identify the appropriate intervention and implement the program within an agreed timeline with training solution options.
You will manage the assigned project creating a training calendar and budget, review contracts with external partners, oversee efficient rollout of programs, and coordinate the logistics and training events.
You will liaise with BU Leaders to turn data into learning opportunities for new and existing driver partners.
You will facilitate both training and retraining program through online and offline training methods.
You will source for potential external training providers for training and development programs/activities for drivers, if needed.
You will evaluate the course outlines submitted by different training consultants/providers.
You will produce weekly, quarterly and annual reports to review the progress and recommend changes in program content based on outcome of training metrics.
The Must-Haves
You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
You have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
You possess a Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Communication/Education or its equivalent
You are fluent in written and spoken English
You have strong acumen in learning chain, data analysis, reporting, time management and organisational skills
You are proficient in Office 365/Google Workspace applications
You have innovative and creative mindset and pursue continuous improvement
You have experience in dealing with wide & complex matrix (eg. stakeholders & learner segments)
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Your basic understanding in safety & logistic is a plus, but not a requirement
