The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Job Description:
  • Give assessment regarding the agents tasks and ensuring that they are in accordance with SOP standards
  • Calibrating QA assessment
  • Coaching, monitoring, training
  • Find solutions to agent problems related to the tasks

Requirements:
  • Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control will be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and analysis
  • Ability to work in a team and good skill communication
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel (minimum basic excel)
  • Familiar with social media content platforms (e.g: SnackVideo, reels, etc.)
  • Fluent in English will be an advantage
  • Willing to work in contract based and placed in Solo
