Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop product training and sales pitch materials
Facilitating Product trainings for trainers (TTT) for all channels
Review the Trainers' training materials & playbook for new products
Ensuring that the Product training materials are easy to understand. Have a clear, correct, product information, sales pitch and competitors comparison
Monitor the quality and quantity of Product trainings for all channels
Liaising with trainers in developing the products certifications' requirements and criteria
Job Specification:
Qualification
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office esp PPT
Having an excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Good command of spoken and written English
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Training and Development, Product Development, or sales, from life insurance business
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
Preferred certificate in Life insurance/Health/ILP
Experience in carrying out and handling product training would be an advantage
