  • Develop product training and sales pitch materials
  • Facilitating Product trainings for trainers (TTT) for all channels
  • Review the Trainers' training materials & playbook for new products
  • Ensuring that the Product training materials are easy to understand. Have a clear, correct, product information, sales pitch and competitors comparison
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of Product trainings for all channels
  • Liaising with trainers in developing the products certifications' requirements and criteria
Job Specification: Qualification
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office esp PPT
  • Having an excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Training and Development, Product Development, or sales, from life insurance business
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred certificate in Life insurance/Health/ILP
  • Experience in carrying out and handling product training would be an advantage
