  • Koordinasi dengan subdivisi untuk mengetahui kebutuhan rekrutmen perusahaan
  • Melakukan job posting pada berbagai platform rekrutmen
  • Melakukan seluruh rangkaian proses rekrutmen, seperti screening CV, melakukan asesmen psikotes dan wawancara, melakukan onboarding karyawan baru dan mengurus keperluan administrasi

  • Pendidikan min. S1 Psikologi / Manajemen SDM
  • Pengalaman rekrutmen min. 1 tahun di industri manufacturing
  • Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Penempatan di Cibitung, Bekasi
