You are responsible for
A. Manage and Coordinates All Areas of Production Activity
1. Maintain all production process.
2. Keep production manager informed of all development and decisions in production area.
3. Ensure all production line achieve production target. Ensure all process and activities comply to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 13485, FDA.
B. Labor Management
1. Support production lines with manpower, machine, facilities.
2. Replace and request for operator/staff in production department.
3. Recommend operator or staff for promotion, transfer and termination.
C. Abnormality Handling and Authority
1. Analyze and action if there is abnormal condition (process, material, work instruction, chemical, etc) and feedback to production manager (minimize line stop).
2. Have authority to stop the line (if needed).
D. Improvement
1. Verification of corrective action of daily defect at production line.
2. Monitoring production process.
3. Prepare training and development plan.
E. Safety
1. Ensure all workers wear PPE (if needed).
2. Work together with EHS team if there is working accident.
3. Report to production manager regarding of accident working in production area.
4. Ensure working area and all activities comply to EHS policy or regulation.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Vocational education, BS or comparable diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Electronic Engineering are preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in industrial/ Manufacturing Engineering/ Supply Chain.
To be based in Batam - Plant.
