POSITION

Responsibility

  • Support Logistic Head in all matters relating to logistic & supply chain
  • Work closely with head office and boutiques, vendors & warehouse to support dairy operations
  • Coordinate with warehouse for logistics operation for merchandise and non-merchandise
  • Data entry, data housekeeping, etc process stock registration in system
  • Import and Export declaration
  • Ensure documentation related to duty and freight expenses obtained on time


PROFILE

Who are we looking for

  • Tertiary qualification with specialization in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Business Administration
  • Computer and Microsoft Offices utilities savvy
  • Accountable, committed, organized, able to work under pressure & meet tight deadline
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skill, able to work well with different stakeholders
