Manage the recruitment and selection process
Maintain reimbursment and voucher payment for HR needs
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Doing attendance, calculation overtime & recapitulation from HRIS
Handling HRIS system & employee database
Making Contract employee and report to goverment
Handling legal document and report to goverment
Requirements:
Age is 26 - 30 Years old
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management/ Physicology/Administration/Bussines Management
Excellent in public speaking, presentation and negotiaton
Have provide decision for problem solving management
Excellent comunication with ENGLISH & MANDARIN ACTIVE
More than 4 years work experience as HR Generalist/HR SENIOR STAFF in Manufacture Industry/Textile/Garment/Automotive.
Available training in KIIC karawang barat
Placement in Bandung
Contract length: 3 months
