Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience with HRIS solutions.
Knowledgeable in Data analysis tools (Excel, SQL), and have basic programming skills
Critical Thinking and good communication skill.
Experienced as SAP administrator.
Job Description
Constantly monitor system performance and identify processes that need improvement.
Provides relevant production support, which includes researching and resolving problems. This duty may also include performing system testing for updates.
Analyze and Report HRIS Data with gather HRIS data using built-in reporting tools or running SQL queries, then perform data analysis to ensure the system is properly recording specific metrics.
System maintenance during system upgrades and patches, collaborate with developers to coordinate the entire system maintenance process and document its overall results.
Supporting Compensation and Benefit administrative related BPJS and employee absent.
Maintain Employee Self Service program and companywide ERP System (SAP)
