Your ‘day to day’
Act as deployment SPOC for global/regional programs and updates and as a link with global functions such as quality, EHS, etc.
Organize and participate in RTT close-out and progress check audits
Control regional warehousing costs through monthly touchpoints and actual vs. budget reconciliation organized with sites and finance department, coordinate input into budget cycles
Develop and deliver regional warehousing productivity contribution to overall productivity results, ensure follow-up through PLM and RTT productivity drumbeat, manage warehousing scope in regional/global multifunctional projects
Gather and provide regional warehousing input into global/regional programs, e.g. global WMS development
Lead regional warehousing network in capability building journey, using share and reapply, benchmarking and training sessions, develops and executes capability assessment tools
Evaluate and initiate regional/global loss elimination projects for areas that impact multiple warehouses
Own regional LSP governance process and development of LSP strategies and tools
Own validation process of LSP selection, support LSP selection with should-cost analysis
Follow up with procurement LSP contract expiring date and ensure local contracts are set following global standards
Own regional warehouse capacity planning process through capacity planning DMS/master data governance
Own selected DMS’s on a global level, as required
Who we’re looking for
Have Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering
Have 10 years + demonstrated expertise in FMCG or electronics logistics, experience on leading regional/global networks and/or cross-functional project teams in logistics, especially Manufacturing or Planning both B2B and B2C channels
Experience in applying OPEN+ or IWS methodologies in logistics environment is a plus
Self-Starter with the ability to effectively manage time while delivering results in a dynamic business environment
Analytical Skills - Ability to quickly process and understand complexity & ambiguity and define right solutions to tough problems.
Challenging Status-quo - Ability to connect the dots to create new opportunities. Has curiosity to look for new ways & opportunities to create value, simplify processes and/or reduce cost
Communication: Ability to pass messages in a concise and clear way, to present in an effective way and to interact with diverse set of stakeholders and levels in the organization.
