Job Requirements:
1. Possess at least Diploma Degree in Business Management or any related field
2. At least 2+ years working experience in customer service role, especially in call center and customer facing experience
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills (can read, write, and speak in English and Bahasa Indonesia)
4. Able to work multi-tasking with minimum supervision
5. Must be able to work independently in fast-paced environment, have responsibility and good discipline
6. Good problem solving and organization skills
7. Possess a driving license and able to travel will be plus points
Job Responsibilities
1. To answer incoming calls within 3 rings (quickly)
2. To resolve the enquiry, feedback, and complaint raise by the customers
3. Familiar with the Company’s marketing plan, rules & regulations, policies and nature of business
4. Familiar with all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the departments for quick decision making
5. Effective planning, supervising, organizing, and monitoring with the departmental tasks and assignments in the team
6. To prepare monthly management report to Business Manager and Business Operations Dept on the timely manner
7. To prepare for ad-hoc task delegated and support on company event/ function when required
