  • Menyambut tamu yang dating di front desk dengan ramah dan sopan.
  • Membuat registrasi tamu
  • -Men- check –in kan tamu
  • Mencatat dan menerima uang
  • Menangani check out tamu
  • Menerangkan perbedaan masing – masing service
  • Memasukkan data tamu yang sudah check in dalam satu laporan harian
  • Menghitung dan bertanggung jawab atas uang transaksi selama bertugas pada hari tersebut.

Syarat-syarat :

1. Usia max.35 tahun

2. Pendidikan min.Smk

3. Penampilan menarik dan energik

4. Dapat mengoperasikan komputer dan dapat berbahasa inggris dengan baik
