Job Description
Present Lazada as an alternative for businesses to utilize as way of acquiring new customers and achieving business growth.
Be involved in all phases of seller’s social media and marketing activity, from observing trends and preferences, brainstorming, planning, to execution.
Conduct research to identify market trends, target seller’s preferences, and social content social content opportunities that drive seller, seller value, brandings and communication.
Developing effective and impactful campaigns that relevant to target audience, ensuring the activities are in line with Lazada’s strategic business direction such as Build and create seller success story campaign and generate content to strengthen the branding of Lazada for seller perspective.
Identify brand’s KOL, and manage the project related to KOL or ambassadors.
Assuring branding initiatives are performed with required quality, within agreed cost & timescales and monitoring the campaign and acting fast to ensure the campaign target is achieved.
Managing post campaign reports and brand analytics with actionable recommendations in line with Lazada’s business objectives
Project management which include project status reporting, tracking, execution and follow up to ensure projects are produced on time and within budget
Managing potential seller branding campaign planning and execution by working closely with commercial team, functional team, regional team, media and creative agencies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism, public relation and other relevant fields.
Minimum 3 years working experience in Branding/Communication field; experience in e-commerce/technology company and advertising agency is a plus point.
Understand about seller insight, current market data and trends and able to advice and develop strategies and tactics accordingly.
Experience in end-to-end campaign both offline and online development, from planning, executing and reporting.
Mature, meticulous with strong oral as well as written communication and interpersonal skills to work with regional team, commercial team, creative agency, media agency, and other partners
Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both written and spoken. Ability to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage;
Strong ability to work efficiently and effectively, to multi task, and to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
