Make an accurate calculation of the Budget Draft (RAB) including calculation of the estimated amount materials and services required in accordance with agreed costing standards.
Make accurate calculations regarding the amount of material and costs associated with construction.
Collect and examine all tender documents and contract administration.
Prepare cost documents from planning consultants to be verified before being sent to BPJT (Badang Pengatur Jalan Tol).
Assist the planning consultant during coordination with BPJT to ensure all aspects of planning and technical in accordance with management directives.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Architect.
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Quantity Surveyor/Cost Control.
Computer literate (Ms. Office and Autocad)
Experienced in using QS Computer Applications.
Ability to identify differences between tender drawings and construction drawings.
Ability to identify technical specifications, and organizing implementation schedule.
