Job Description

Indonesia's largest e-commerce super app, Tokopedia, is looking for talented motion graphers. They will work closely with cross-functional marketing and communications teams to develop various video campaigns, aligned with the organization's content strategy, to build brand awareness, drive organic traffic, and grow constituents to support Tokopedia's mission of goals, and values.
The Motion Grapher will be part of the Marketing team and will work closely with the Creative team. Motion Graphers must be strong communicators capable of designing creative video solutions.
Job Description:
  • Work closely with the in-house production team (producers, directors, editors, videographers) to ensure an efficient workflow and for the highest quality videos.
  • Incredible skill speed, from separating assets, compositing to the final rendering process.
  • Build a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of making motion videos.
  • Assist with Motion video production workflows and technologies to support the implementation of process improvements and new ideas.

Job Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of experience in motion video production from small to large scale productions.
  • Motion school or short course experience, especially in the field of motion graphics is a plus.
  • Have a deep understanding of the role of motion graphers from idea development to animation production stage.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effect software including Media Encoder, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Elemen 3D.
  • Skills and experience in 3D-based software whether in film production or animation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital media including codecs, image types, resolutions, frame rates, and the latest digital workflows.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced & tight deadline environment.
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver motion video that meets brand standards and guidelines.
  • A can-do attitude of people who take on tasks proactively and see things through to completion.
  • Ability to provide professional insight and advice to produce the best results.
  • Must be open and eager to experiment with new ideas.
