Maintain multiple brands and keep looking for new potential brands
Developing & implementing market concept & strategies, and increase brand awareness of the product.
Participate in new product development process and handle the launching of new product, coordinate with the brand owners.
Analyze brand performance (share, primary, secondary sales and growth and making deal with distributor).
Do market research & analyzing the market, including competitors and consumer.
Prepare & pitching part of sales material for campaign or event to brand owners.
Monitoring & arranging the distribution of promotional of material.
Coordinating & reporting to superior to carry out campaigns and all reports.
Acting as liaison between BisaMaju and brand owners.
Analyzing insights competitors and costumers and sales forecast & relevant financials and reporting on product sales
Bachelor's degree related to marketing, business, economics, or communications
Have strong background in Food and Beverage Industry
Minimum 3 years of experience of combined experience in sales, marketing, business development preferably in a Franchise F & B
Experience with strong strategic planning, team leadership, professional communications, and project management.
Possess superior market knowledge of trends, competition and clients.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Energetic and relentless in the pursuit of moving the needle
_At least 1-2 years working experience in sales or retention in the forex/trading online industry, telemarketing or call center_.
Part-time hours: 40 per week.
Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical HVAC Engineering.
10-15 years work experience: 5 years in the design office and 5-10 years on-site in a relevant role.
