Job Description

Internship-Marketing is responsible to assist marketing department in order to implement and develop marketing strategies by preparing promotional presentations material, assisting on any marketing events preparation, assisting daily administrative duties, assist monitoring social media & e-commerce, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of the marketing plan
  • Ensure that brand guidelines are duly followed in all brands
  • Assist with launch of new products and product trainings
  • Develop and present learnings from the analysis with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Assisting on coordination with sales team for marketing campaign material
  • Monitor online (social media, e-commerce, websites, etc.) and offline (POSM, brand activations, etc.)
  • Collecting and following up Point of Sales Material request per product/business unit
  • Assisting on Manage the inventory of Point of Sales Material request
  • Assisting on coordination with vendor related to marketing campaign material
  • Assisting marketing campaigns activities and basic administrative tasks
  • Do other ad-hoc activities as required


Requirement:

  • Final year student majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or similar relevant field
  • Have prior internship experience is preferable
  • Willing to be hired as internship student for 3-6 months
  • Have in depth understanding of marketing and branding
  • Have good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and do multitasking
  • Have excellence communication skill, written & Spoken, both in English & Bahasa
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Program is a must
  • Familiar with marketing computer software, e-commerce, and social media platform
