Pendidikan minimal D3 Keperawatan / S1 Profesi Ners.
Wanita usia maksimal 35 Tahun.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di RS sebagai perawat OK.
Wajib memiliki STR Perawat yang masih aktif.
Wajib memiliki sertifikat BTCLS yang masih aktif.
Wajib Memiliki sertifikat pelatihan dasar kamar operasi.
Memiliki sertifikat keahlian bedah lainnya lebih disukai.
Bersedia untuk kerja shifitng / on call.
