Job Description

Provide daily AMB (Agent Management Bucketization) report to make as real-time as possible

Provide weekly AMB progress

Provide calculates Batch AMB performance both Inhouse & BPO

Provide Batch Performance History to review the target periodically

Build Dashboard View

Handle dispute flow / issues

Provide agent exit tracker for low performance consecutively and follow up the consequences management

Provide agent incentive winner and processing to payroll team
Min. D3 from All Majors

Advance in Excel or Google Sheet Formula is a must

Experience managing big data

Demonstrate experience in handling Agent's KPI such as Productivity, QA, First Contact Resolutions, Zero Tolerance Policy, etc.

Adaptable at managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment

Has good reasoning ability, analytical skills, and sound judgment

Tactful, flexible and people oriented

Able to develop VBA Excel Macro, Phyton & Dashboard Tools will be an advantage.
