  • Minimum experience an 5 years in Manufacturing (MNC)
  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering/Business/Supply chain
  • Fluent English and willing to travel to Ausie/Autralia

Role / Jobdesk:

  • Responsible to handle projects (review for progress, see the obstacle, looking for improvement
  • Collaborate with Planner, Warehouse, Purchasing and logistics to see any opportunities to achieve shipment target, right planning, right stock, on time arrival of material and on time delivery to customer. Making sure every section can work efficiently.
  • Review the schedule has been provided by planner, making some priority
  • Daily checking and monitor of incoming material status, production output, and warehouse capacity and transaction, making sure follow to the direction.
  • Coordinating with sales, proposing the delivery schedule, reporting progress per project, telling for obstacle, informing loading.
  • Collaborate with production to make sure they are follow to the production schedule, reporting to the factory manager if found any problems to achieve production target.
  • Looking for opportunity to work with vendor to increase their value, also to increase business capabilities
  • Push & Pull transaction between production and warehouse
  • Fast response if there is any problems with planning, problems in quality, engineering, support and participating actively in the Corporate Supply Chain.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in purchasing area
  • Education background from Industrial Engineering/Business/Supply chain
  • Good analytical and communication
  • Good English skill both writing and verbal
  • Computer literate
