Commercial Training Division comprises of some of the most exciting and enterprising team at Ninja Xpress. Building on Ninja Xpress' existing capabilities, we experiment with new ideas to develop innovative learning experience that enhance our commercial department and help them to serve our clients or partners better.
The Learning Experience Designer Supervisor designs every plan, strategy, and learning experience, ensuring stellar results from our Commercial Department. This is a key role, working directly with senior management, Field Sales, Partnership, Retail Department, and other stakeholders.
Designing these Innovative Learning Experience is extremely challenging. if you are a creative, hardworking, highly motivated problem solver who just does not give up, then you might be up for the challange, and we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities :
Design Learning Experience for New or Existing Employees of Commercial Department
Do Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to Employees of Commercial Department
Manage all catalogs or syllabuses for Employees of Commercial Department
Create, design, develop, and monitor all E-learning & Learning Platform for Commercial Department
Responsible for all before and after In-Class Training Flow
Responsible to design and develop Commercial Playbook for Employees of Commercial Department
Requirements :
Experience as Account Executive / Copywriter / Content Writer is preferable
Intermediate in English (oral & written) is a MUST
Skilled and have background in Video Editing and Graphic Design
Familiar with Training needs Analysis
Familiar with webinar and e-learning programs, and skilled in excel.
