Warehouse Manager





YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Managing end to end warehouse operations activities from material receipts, storage, material supply to operation until dispatch of finished goods for both local and export market to enable uninterrupted supply to market demand.
  • Managing third party logistic service provider with total capacity of 1200 pallet positions to ensure the external warehouse operation are running smoothly starting from: receiving, storing, repackaging, dispatching of finished goods to local sales distributors.
  • Managing order fulfillment execution for sales purpose both of export countries and domestic to the local sales distributors support sales & marketing.
  • Managing consignment with the local sales distribution company to replenish, store and issuing finished goods for sales across the distribution branches.
  • Managing stock accuracy of goods, supporting Accounting to have regularly yearly stock take & audit for goods stored in warehouse, third party logistic, distributor and contract manufacturing and ensure all transactions are executed timely and accurately in the SAP system with respect to Company Regulation and Compliance
  • Managing supply return of material from warehouse to operation located both of plant manufacturing site and contract manufacturing sites in timely as per schedule and accurate and also managing transportation and shipment arrangement of the goods for the customers, local sales distributor and overflow of goods between warehouses.
  • Coordinating import duty drawback process for all imported materials which used in production and export.
  • Ensure workplace health, safety and security requirement are met. Ensure all processes and transactions are conducted in respect to the current Good Manufacturing Process (cGMP), standard operation procedure, Regulatory and Compliance.

WHO YOU ARE


  • University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering
  • Having 10 year experiences in operation of Logistic, Warehouse, Transportation field
  • Minimum 5 year experiences in managerial preferable from Health Care sector or FMCG
  • Familiar with SAP or other major ERP and preferably with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Possess good communication skills, both in oral and written English
  • Working knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
  • Strong leadership, ability to work in a team as well as independently, high integrity, self-discipline
