Job Description

Insan Cendekia Madani Boarding School Development is an Islamic school that has made various strategic steps to nurture talented graduates from noble characters in the teachings of Islam. Now we are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher, with the following qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education Program or Psychology
  • Holding a teaching certificate is more preferred
  • Minimum of two years of teaching experience as an Early Childhood Program / Kindergarten Teacher in an English environment
  • Having a Montessori certificate or certificate of early childhood education's training will be considered as an advantage
  • Cambridge Curriculum, Singaporean Curriculum, or IB Curriculum experiences will be an advantage.
  • Proven self-initiative, creative, and teamwork spirit with an open-minded character
  • Possess strong Islamic characters.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Ready to join in July 2022

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop complete lesson plans, student assessment strategies, and instructional resources based on students’ needs and interests.
  • Delivers instructional activities and adjusts them accordingly to ensure students’ academic development.
  • Works collaboratively with the classroom team to apply the research-based activities within the curriculum implementation
  • Completes regular assessments within the school academic year by having multiple assessment evidence from various learning activities.
  • Do analysis and evaluation of teaching and learning activities.
  • Rate, record, and report student’s development, progress, and achievement, written in English.
  • Hold parent-teacher conferences throughout the academic year regarding their children’s performance.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
  • Maintain an ongoing and comprehensive student profile for each student.
  • Completes continuous professional development and applies the knowledge and skills to support the instructional activities.
  • Provide constant guidance and motivation to students.
  • Others: The school may assign other functions to the job when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Rp400,000,000 - Rp500,000,000 per month

Education:

  • S1 (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Early Childhood Teacher: 2 years (Preferred)
