Leading, coordinate and liaise & work closely with ICT – Business Solution Team and other related parties in handling Project Management, finalizing any new, enhancement of modification of Business data / Requirement, analysing workflows and processes, and helping in end-to-end of Project and implementation Life Cycle.


REQUIREMENT

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Economic or Information System
  • Minimum 6 years professional experience in related filed
  • Having experience at least in full SAP Implementation Cycle with permanent assignment role as Functional Project Team
  • Demonstrated ability to influence other and lead change
  • Good analytical problem solving skills
  • Expertise at using problem solving tools, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions would be a great advantage.
  • Understand of Project Implementation Cycle and having experiences in requirements gathering & finalization, analyse process and system testing.
  • Sharp analytical and strategic planning skill with versatility in both looking at broad picture and infinitesimal details
  • Focus on quality, continuous improvement, teamwork, mentoring and client satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, mentoring skills, and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a resource matrix management environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Change Agent of Finance & Accounting:
a. Assist & work with senior management & Head of related function or department (under Chief Financial Officer/CFO) in developing the strategy to achieve objectives, doing continuously monitoring of day-to-day operation, propose possible improvement and measure performance against KPI.
b. Prepare the work force for change, minimize negative impact on business, increase the like hood of attaining strategic goals and value propositions also create the climate for ongoing change and business improvement.
c. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats through intensively coordination with department head

2. Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions.

3. Develop and transfer knowledge to the appointed successor

4. Liaise & work closely with ICT – Business Solution Team for finalizing requirement and doing project management:
a. ICT – Business solution team to gather & finalize any new, enhancement or modification of business requirement, analysing data/workflows and processes, both for purchased package system or custom in-house developed application
b. Actively involved in end-to-end of entire project implementation life cycle, starting from identifying functional requirement, system design & architecture, system testing, required preparation and uploading of historical transaction data and master data, preparation of documentation until deployment and post production support.
c. Prepare project planning, finalize project charter, actively doing tracking and quality control during end-to-end of implementation activities and manage overall product quality.

5. Provide continuous update of operational & system documentation:
a. Completion of documentation for every products / system are being in placed such as user manual, guidance of work instruction, SOP, process maps & flowcharts including related forms & templates.
b. Continuous & regular check to ensure all those documentation are always available, kept saved centralized and being updated in Pet-Net (Petrosea Management System)

6. Support & implement compliance & Good Corporate Governance
a. Promote & encourage discipline and behaviour of compliance & Good Corporate Governance
b. Do periodical review, updates, revise policies & procedures for the general compliance program and its related activities.
c. Help to identities potential areas of compliance vulnerability & risk, assist in developing and implementing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, standards of conduct & prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct

7. Support HSE by implementing the program and conform to HSE standard & regulations.
