Job Description

Develop channel strategy to support SCM strategy house, aligning with CCD on total FFI’s channel strategy house to support yearly plan and calendar.

Vacancy description

1. Integrated Commercial Plan

  • Define issues and opportunity plan of commercial area to build new development plan in supporting business target
  • Define improvement plan compare with year-end achievement target to support business target
  • Define top line strategy to provide integrated strategy in execution level
  • Define percentage target growth to be achieved to achieve higher revenue target
  • Define targeted key channel to be accelerated to support target growth achievement
  • Provide business process and work plan strategy to ensure all the process comply with the schedule and guideline
  • Monitor plan execution to ensure plan are meet with the target

2. New Project (adhoc base)

  • Define blueprint project to give guideline implementation process of project
  • Define work plan in each area to provide a sustainable and integrated work plan
  • Define time plan project to ensure project are implemented timeline
  • Define list activities project to give detail listing of project activities
  • Define key success indicator to get summary effectiveness of project

3. Budget.

  • Prepare and control the annual budget, to ensure the utilization according to the approved budget.
  • Monitor the cost and benefits of activities, especially in trade span effectiveness to optimize budget utilization.

4. Category Development

  • Implement Category Vision Strategy in all Channel to grow respective category i.e. SCM FF
  • Provide Category insight and data for each channel to build selling story for our customers
  • Involve in the New Products Development working collaboratively with total commercial team to support development plan

5. Channel Management

  • Develop channel strategy to support SCM strategy house, aligning with CCD on total FFI’s channel strategy house to support yearly plan and calendar
  • Provide category insights and support CCD and account team in sharpening customer’ JBP plan.
  • Involve in S&OP process to determine forecast numbers for all channel and customers

6. Promotion & Activation

  • Assisting Total Commercial Team in developing in store branding and POSM to align with strategy define
