Commercial Compliance Division supports the commercial team to close the deal, get things done with the right way, oversee the business and solve any commercial-legal related issues. Our main goals is to serve our stakeholders, partners and clients better and simplify the process, subject to the Ninja SOP and applicable laws and regulations.
The Commercial Compliance Admin will assist and work directly with the Head of Commercial Compliance in generating the contract automation, managing and processing the data, contracts and any information related thereto. Also conducting semester or annual audits of Ninja business partners.

Responsibilities
The job contributes to the effectiveness of the business organization, including but not limited to the following:
  • Processing and managing data
  • Contract automation
  • Tender process
  • Archiving and filing the data
  • Liaise with sales and persons from other functions to expedite the contract process

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing data
  • Contract management and/or tender process
  • Skilled in Ms. Excel (Pivot, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Index Match, etc) and familiar with Google Spreadsheet
  • Having basic legal knowledge is an advantage
