Support in develop and monitor systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management in finance area and compliance with statutory requirements.
Oversee the day-to-day operations in controlling department.
Produce accurate and timely financial information about the site’s financial status and performance to assist in decisions making relating to the site’s financial strength and security by coordinates with other departments effectively and efficiently.
Monitor expenditure against budget and advise managers of any significant variances as well as proposing reduction complexity and operational excellence program with ideas of efficiency and cost reduction
Supervise any saving initiative related to collecting data, calculation and verification value in order to provide reliable and relevant data.
Manage local master data material to ensure correctness and in time delivery related to the controlling aspect by coordinate with master data team.
Provide adequate support and advise to ensure that managers and staff understand financial and budgetary requirement through budgeting and forecasting preparation also strategic project (investment project, NPI, NPD, transfer project).
Manage working area for following safety regulations on each stage of work and play a role in supervising each other in terms of cleanliness and tidiness of the working area in order to fulfill HSE aspects.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's Degree major in Economic (Accounting, Finance, Business or related field)
Having experience in 2 years supervisory level at similar position or 3 years as a minimum in Controlling and cost accounting, and advantage if have auditing experience
Strong working knowledge of accounting and controlling in manufacturing,
Ability to manage good work atmosphere among internal team and with other teams.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret Bayer guideline and global guideline, writing report, business correspondence and procedure manual in English
Have working knowledge of ERP platforms, specifically SAP for MM, PP and FI modules
Computer literate for standard office operational.
Skilled to work within an international team and has ability to work within team.
Be able to resist any influence, which would hamper management decision making
