Job Descriptions:

Act as the main PIC and build a strong relationship with Tokopedia's Gift Card partner(s)
Strong business acumen and data-driven
Managing day-to-day business and operations related to Gift Cards
Monitoring the business and generating weekly reports to leaders to measure
Work closely with leaders, relevant stakeholders and partners prior to exploring new opportunities and improving our gift card services
Operationally support finance team in providing communication and document that may impact the reconciliation process
Operationally support operational team (CS) to make sure we serve the best gift card journey for customers, including complaint handling

Requirements:

Min 2 years working experience in eCommerce, bank industry, or fintech company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication across the team
Proactively and having good problem solving
Strong track record in operating in a complex and dynamic environment
Excellent time management skills and abilities to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
Having good relationships with bank partners and non-bank partners
