chain, from innovative materials to advanced recycling technologies.

We aim to prove that investing in the sector can generate competitive returns, while preventing plastic

Circulate Capital seeks an experienced Impact and ESG Manager to ensure accurate, timely reporting of
the portfolio’s impact and compliance on environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters to our

This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team, with significant responsibility to improve
practices in measuring and reporting the impact of circular economy solutions and engage with the world’s
largest consumer brands, development finance institutions, and institutional investors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead periodic impact and compliance reporting to investors at the fund and firm levels, ensuring
commitments to, and compliance with, all investors’ reporting requirements are met.
  • Ensure Circulate’s ESG policies and practices are in compliance with global reporting standards and
frameworks, including UN Principles of Responsible Investment (PRI), development finance
institution guidelines (e.g. IFC/World Bank, EIB, ADB), and the Task Force on Climate-related
Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
  • In collaboration with the Investor Relations team, maintain productive, positive, trusted
relationships with points of contact at LP institutions.
  • Respond to investor or external stakeholder inquiries on ESG assurances and impact modeling or
management.

Companies in their impact, ESG compliance, and sustainability reporting plans.
  • Support the production of impact insights and research, identifying emerging trends and assessing
their implication for financial institutions, portfolio companies, and other stakeholders.

Our mission: Identify, incubate and invest

We identify, incubate, and invest in opportunities designed to intercept ocean plastics at the
source by collecting, sorting, processing, and recycling waste in South and Southeast Asian
countries known to contribute significantly to ocean plastic. As a result, waste is diverted from the
environment into the recycling value chain, furthering the circular economy.

Our goal is to remove access to capital as a barrier to the development of waste management and
recycling infrastructure and to support innovative solutions to the problem of ocean plastics.

We are actively creating a workplace where authentic communication, collaboration and inclusion enable
people to become their best selves both personally and professionally while having a career with purpose
and impact. Circulate Capital is an Equal Opportunity Employer. _2
