Define, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the category
Train and manage a team of Key Account Managers to help grow and manage your portfolio of merchants
Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets
Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes by ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key merchants within the category
Carry out analysis and survey to better understand merchant requirements and behaviour
Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnership
Ideally 5 years of working experience preferably in business development, sales, or account management
Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business
Experience with business development, sales, or account management
Experience in e-commerce will be an advantage
Driven and motivated
Previous management and leadership experience
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
A good degree from a recognized university
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
Follow PTL and customer "time keeping" regulations.
Ensure Work Orders are completed properly including description of tasks carried out and parts used.
