Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns for brand awareness
Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
Manage company (SEA) communication to support company objectives as a group
Shape and communicate our company/brand vision and mission
Translate brand strategy into plans and go-to-market strategies
Align with the business team to achieve support on the business goals
Monitoring our brand awareness metrics and optimise based on the progress
Manage the communication through different brand awareness channel PR, social media, brand activation.
Working across multiple departments and all levels to define what makes us unique and communicate it to the public

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree of Business, Marketing, Communication, Public Relation or any related field
Experience in +3 years as Brand Manager, Marketing Manager in Startup, FMCG or Agencies
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
Strong in Business Acumen
Preferably from Public Relation background
Understanding about marketing and related subject (ie. advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics) and brand management
Fluent in English is a must
