Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to build and lead specific B2B projects as part of the nafas’s greater growth strategy. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen and able to build and lead a team from the ground up. Air pollution is one of the largest public health issues facing emerging cities - in Jabodetabek alone air pollution causes a 5.5 year reduction in life expectancy. Join us on our mission to help urban residents live healthier and longer lives through various technology solutions spanning hardware, software and data science.

About What You’ll Do:
Develop a basic understanding about air pollution and its health and environmental consequences

Develop a basic understanding of nafas’s technology stack and its various use cases

End to end B2B business development: design/conceptualize, strategize and execute!

Identify and nurture B2B leads with the primary goal of building long-term relationships

Coordinate across multiple business units such as data, engineering and product

Build a team! Create a hiring plan and engage in talent acquisition

Report directly to CEO and Chief Growth Officer

‍ About You:
5+ years of hustling in business development roles, project/business operations, and/or management consulting

Driven, ambitious, hands-on problem solver looking for startup/business experience

Able to multitask and execute across multiple domains - product, technology, sales, data

Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment

Passionate about health, technology and the environment

Startup experience is a plus!

Design thinking skills is a must!
